Did you see this in the news last week? Here's a post about the recent news of refunds for Baby Einstein DVDs. The link for information about how to get a refund is in the post, as well as some of the educational claims (which are completely untrue) that Baby Einstein has been making for years. Put the name Einstein on any product and some parents think that it will make their kids smarter. Great marketing but my pediatrican friends say at least 3 years old before any prolonged tv or dvd watching. Just watch your kids while they are viewing a dvd...it is like a drug and they become sedated. Tempting when you are tired or busy but not good in the long run.
