We love Clean Well! I actually keep the small spray bottle in my daughter's lunchbox. She is in first grade, and I started including it when it became obvious that her class didn't wash hands before eating. She uses it herself before snack and lunch. With H1N1 in our area, the school just started washing hands at lunch. Seeing how quickly my daughter washes her hands, I'm content to know Clean Well is still in her lunchbox.
I love your blog and read it frequently, but I am confused. I am using the Clean Well Spray, but I have not seen any claims that this product actually kills H1N1 or any other virus. The company website says it kills bacterial, but fails to mention anything about viral germs. Can you please research this and clear it up for me?
What I have learned about hand sanitizers (and yes we do use them in our home) is that they also kill all of the beneficial bacteria that our bodies actually need to fight off the bad bugs. So, I feel better that even though we do wash our hands regularly - we also take our daily Vidazorb chewable probiotic to replenish the good guys! Thanks for the review though on a natural hand sanitizer as the one we use is still the nasty stuff and I have been looking for a good natural one.

If you are surrounded with colds and flu, with fevers and running noses; you must be worried that the Flu would get you. Don’t fret; get your hands on these foods to fight that dreadful flu. The first step in the fighting the flu is by improving your immunity. This can be done eating a healthy diet. Having foods mentioned below in your diet especially boosts your immunity. But remember that “eating them overnight won’t prevent it; it takes 6-8 weeks for the body to build immunity http://www.medimanage.com/my-diet/articles/8-foods-to-fight-flu.aspx
